How to calculate the stock price from eps?
Procedure
- This is the simple method used to find the fair value of stock
- Download Excel file from the link
- Check stock earning per share of stock from this link
- Check the projected growth of stock from the link
- Check the corporate bond yield from the link
- Check the intrinsic value of the stock price
- Buy the stock near the intrinsic value
Example Find the intrinsic value of reliance industries
- Reliance industries earning per share is 55
- Reliance industries projected growth 22%
- Reliance industries corporate bond is 7.8 %
- After all, the calculation Reliance industries share fair value is 1008
